Makenna looking so big with water all over her shirt.
The one picture I got with three of the kids in it. They were so thrilled about it. My kids were beyond ready to leave for lunch and naps.

Makenna taking a break and getting a drink.

Tristan is taking a break as well. They were both so tired today. They did not last long.

Makenna playing.
We spent another Mommy Monday at Monkey Joe's enjoying some very tiring play time. They sleep so good after we go there. They did not last long at all. This time Tristan was ready to leave by 11:15am and we just got there at 10am. It was nice to try to have a playdate with some other friends as well. I met up with some other mommy's unfortunately our kids did not play together too much, but it was still fun.

Makenna enjoying her ring pop on the wagon ride with mommy on sunday.
Here is Tristan looking super cool in his cop car with his shades on.

Playing on the slide in her cute sun hat. Trying it out before she really has to wear it this summer.

Peek-a-boo Mommy! Playing with mommy in the backyard while the boys were at the store. Nice alone time with my lil girl. Little bit of quality time. LOVE HER!

Enjoying the swing as always.

Here is Mommy and Makenna playing on our fun family Sunday at Grandpa's house.
Here is Tristan being goofey smiling for me just because I wanted a picture. Goofball.

Here is Makenna flying her tiny little butterfly kite. She thought it was so cool. She kept saying, "wow"!

Loving on her purple hippo.

Here is Makenna with her new little stroller we got her as a surprise and she is pushing her purple hippo in it. Best Ever!

Okay I just had to share this pic with you all because I found this to be completely and utterly HILARIOUS. I could not stop laughing when I saw this and had to sneak a picture. I wish you could see it more closely, but we were at the park this afternoon with our kids to enjoy some family time flying kites and playing at the playground. I am driving us to the other side of the park and what do I see.....3 grown men dressed up in medieval gear of some sort (i think) having a sword fight with fake styrofoam swords. It seriously amazed me because I did not think this happened in real life. I have seen it on TV shows and movies, but here were are people they do truly exist....OMG!
Tristan flying his new kite that he got as a gift from some of our friends for his bday.

Makenna enjoying a beverage. I just love this pic the colors are so pretty and so bright. The grass is even a little green.....yay spring!

This was just a cute family pic I had to share. The kis were huddled around their daddy watching something on his phone. They looked so cute that I had to snap a shot. They were sitting with him like that for at least a 1/2 hour....too cute! Love them and love this kinda stuff. This is true family moments that tug at my mommy heart.

Here is the happy couple 10 years later......wow has it been an interesting ride so far. We have had bumps in the rode, thats for sure, but all in all it has been completely worth it. Many great memories so far, an amazing life we have shared so far and two beautiful, amazing children to show for it. Happy 10 year Annivesary Nicolette and Patrick!! and many more years to follow.

Here is a great picture of Tony showing just how happy he was to be at a Sugarland concert....LOVE IT!
Here she is belting it out. I love her and man can she sing. This was awesome up on the big screen and made for some great pics.

Here are Heather and I enjoying us some Brad Paisley.....silly girls!

Here are Tony and Patrick coping a feel on Jennifer.....jeez pervs. These pics turned out so funny from the side of the van, it is awesome. Can you tell we were all enjoying ourselves. It really was a great night and a fun way to celebrate the anniversaries.

Sugarland concert for our 10 year anniversary. This is Little Big Town performing first.
Here were are enjoying the concert!

Heather and I at the bar before the concert, where we enjoyed some good food, good drinks and good conversation.

The whole gang at the bar before the concert. Notice I am the only "special" one who got lucky and got some of the left over green beer from the st. patty's celebration the day before. This was such a fun time because Tony and Heather's 4 yr wedding anniversary was on March 10th so it was fun to celebrate our anniversary's together. Added bonus some adult time that was much needed for all of us because of being so busy with our little ones.

Heather and I again, looking beautiful as always.

Here is a little video of Tristan sliding with Makenna on the big slide. She looks a little unsure, I think mainly because she is wondering why her brother is holding her while going down this one, she really was having a blast. Everytime she got up from the bottom of the slide she laughed like crazy and the people who work there were cracking up watching her. It was too funny!

Here is a short video of Makenna just climbing on up one of the ladders at Monkey Joes. She truly is a fearless, little maniac....haha! She enjoys herself anywhere and it sure is something to watch. Gotta love that girl.

Here is crazy Makenna who thinks she is so big, going down one of the big slides. She thought it was great and then she would come around and climb right back up the ladder, which was also really big....YIKES! She is seriously fearless and I think is really a little crazy boy, trapped in a little girl body....haha! They say boys are like this but Tristan was so mellow compared to her. WOW! They are both very fun to watch though.
Here is the ladder. It was pretty big actually and she climbed it like a pro. She was making some of the Monkey Joe workers nervous.....

Tristan at the bottom of a very big slide.

Makenna at the bottom of the very big slide, after going all by themselves. Makenna went with Tristan down the slide on this one.

This is one of the "little" kid areas with just more mellow character blow ups.
So Monkey Joe's is a place that just opened in Peoria by our house. It is a neat place that is filled entirely with blow up bounce houses with slides, etc. I decided to take the kids there today on our Mommy Monday to see what it is all about. It was pretty neat I have to say. The kids had so much fun. Tristan actually asked me multiple times if we could go home now because he was so tired. I finally gave in and took them home around 12pm. We had been there since 10am. It was so funny. Tristan said that he did not want to eat lunch yet and would rather eat when he woke up from his nap because he was so tired. I know where to take him to wear him out now. Well enjoy the pics.

We got to play with our good friends the Kloster's on Sunday and we had a lot of fun. Wish it was a little warmer outside, but it was still nice to play in the backyard. Makenna and Hudson had fun playing in her kitchen. For those of you who need a reminder Hudson and Makenna were born just 5 days apart so they are so cute to watch and they grow and their little personalities develop. Of course Tristan is the big boy and watches over them very closely. He is very good with them and all littler kids actually. He is so sweet, helps them and often tells them what they should not be doing =-) although he does not need to do that all the time. Tristan also gave the little ones rides in his new police car. We try to tell him to go slower with the little ones in there, but he does not think that is so fun and wants to get "bad boys" by himself after a while. They are too funny! Nice time with friends, good food, fun and a little beer too! YES!

Playing in the police car at grandpa's. Both kids sure do love this thing and I have to say it is pretty darn cool.

Here is Makenna saying, " CHOO, CHOO" at the trains she hears when we are at grandpas.
Here is pretty girl in purple playing at grandpa's house.

Mommy and Makenna hanging out!

Here are some family pics we attempted to get before my mom left. Got some cute ones!
