Mommy Monday at Monkey Joes April 2012

Here are a few pics from our Mommy Monday time. It is a rainy, gloomy and very windy day today! Tristan wanted to ride his bike at this cute bike training place, but the weather did not permitt us to do this today and we headed for Monkey Joe's instead. As you can see they were both very upset by this.....NOT! We had fun and Makenna had a great nap to follow. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Today I had a bunch of the girls over that I use to work in the NICU with and their kids for a playdate. I am so glad everyone was able to come and we all had a blast. It was a beautiful day to play outside and we enjoyed some lunch compliments of Avanti's delivery. What a nice day!!

Easter 2012: Take Two

Hunting for eggs bright and early at 6:30am: a little chilly and the grass was a little wet. The kids sure did not mind.

Here is a video of Tristan swimming all by himself. He has done this before last summer, but starting this summer he has been a little nervous to try because it has been a while since we swam. I talked to him about it and today he was swimming up a storm. LOVE IT!

Weekend Fun: April 1st, 2012

Family bike ride, including Deeda who took our pic. I love doing this, I love this kind of family time. As always we have to stop to see some trains go by.

Look at this beautiful butterfly that stopped to say hello to us. It flew right up to me and Tristan and decided to sit right in front of us as we stopped to watch for a train. For those of you who do not know, the butterfly is our symbol for Baby T for many reasons, so I believe this was him saying hello to us. Made we wanna cry and the fact that it allowed us to get so close for a pic.....amazing!
